For the majority of 2022, the Epic Games Store has stuck with giving users one free game each week. But luckily for Epic Games Store users, it appears like the digital storefront is going back to giving away two free games every week.

As of 10:00am CT on Thursday, March 31, Epic Games Store users have two more games to assert for their digital libraries, with another two coming to the service on April 7. The 2 new Epic Games Store games that users can claim today are City of Brass and Total War: Warhammer, both of which will be up for grabs until 10:00am CT on April 7.

City of Brass is definitely an FPS dungeon crawler produced by Uppercut Games, a studio comprised of developers that done the BioShock franchise. Total War: Warhammer, meanwhile, is a critically-acclaimed strategy game and the first entry within the Total War: Warhammer trilogy. Both games are totally free for Epic Games Store users to assert right now with absolutely no strings attached beyond having to possess the Epic Games Store launcher installed.

Rogue Legacy, for that uninitiated, is a roguelike platformer that earned critical acclaim when it first launched in 2013. Rogue Legacy 2 happens to be in early access, though a release date for the full version has not been announced at the time of this writing. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, meanwhile, is a first-person horror adventure game that took home some awards if this first released in 2022. So while both Rogue Legacy and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter are older games, they're still two better games that have been made free through the Epic Games Store.

On April 14, Rogue Legacy and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter will be replaced, though it remains to be seen if the Epic Games Store continues with offering two free games every week or return to just one free game.
